The story pacing can be maddeningly slow, but it draws you steadily along with it. I love when a character/storyline we haven't seen in a while pops back up. Great characters, and lots of surprises.

Aside form the not-so-aztec god of alcohol, and the fractioned chimera, Moniques life is still complicated.

Wapsi Square is a comic I try to ignore for ahwhile, but only in order to let the story advance. I love reading a week's worth on Friday. As much as I love Monica, I think I have an affection for Dietzel. He reminds me a little of Gromit from the Wallace & Gromit, except he's much better treated. I love the sketchy quality of Paul's black and white panels, and the agonizingly slow pace with which he is approaching Monica's love life. Really keeps me on the edge of my seat.
