Al Capp was a comic genius. Nobody has matched him to this date. (Well, maybe Bill Watterson).

AL Capp was a satirical Genius - Li'l Abner was created before I was born, long before I was born. But it still pretains to today's politics and general ways of life, and it's throws in twists of real truths that open your mind to the underlying conflicts of the world today!
