So why is it that Ziggy's wearing pants these days? Is it maybe because it came up as a question on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"???

Classic good natured loser. Life dumps on him, but he's still a pleasant guy. Better than lots of these new comics with no point to them, or that think they are written by "artistes"

How low can Ziggy go? That's the strip in a nutshell—Ziggy lives in semi-blissful ignorance of how little purpose there is in his life, and manages to carry on even when confronted with the cold reality which is his existence. The comic frequently recycles bad jokes with no punchline; the only joke is on the reader who continues to come back looking for something to entertain them.
