It is similiar to my marriage.

I have been a Sally fan for years and have enjoyed the characters dry wit and sense of humor. The latest story line, that Sally a smart, pragmatic and insightful woman would consider having a second child at forty, when her job is threatened by Ralph, when Ted has been out of work, when her daughter is on the brink of her teens is completely at odds with the Sally characterI have know and enjoyed. To suddenly portray her as a prisoner to her biological clock makes a travesty of her struggles with a less than responsible spouse and in a hostile work environment.

This is just the everyday antics of almost every family.

I enjoy this comic greatly. Faye and the other characters are very fun and the story lines have become more complex which only adds to my interest in it.

Sally Forth is my favorite comic of those I read daily. I find it's humor to be irreverent and oddball, but the family hasa whole lot of heart at its base. I love it.
