Just a pair of average kids, that are social outcasts and have a connection to the dragon familiesy in charge of all conspiracies around the world.

Wonderful art, funny writing. Spiritual follower to Calvin & Hobbes, though entirely different from it.

Ozy and Millie is the product of a "starving artist" of sorts -- a man who tries to make it big in the commercial comic industry, but in an age where newspapers seldom syndicate anything requiring actual thought, can't get his foot in the door. This comic is a definitive case for the fact that newspapers do not generally judge based on overall quality, but instead on how well the subject matter translates to the public eye. This comic is awash in every form of humor imaginable -- irony, subtlety, and in-your-face gags that are almost always quite amusing. That said, this comic is definitely not for everyone. The opinion of the comic and its characters in general mirrors that of the author -- heavily liberal and agnostic. This is not necessarily a bad thing; it would be a sad world if people didn't present their opinions. Nevertheless, devout Republicans or devout Catholics may have a little bit of trouble reading from time to time. Do not let those warnings dissuade you from examining this comic -- even if you may disagree with its author in certain areas, there is something for everyone in Ozy and Millie, and it's not to be missed.
