I love Crankshaft BBQ fires the best, I ofter think of it when I see anything to do with the space shuttle. Meaning they show one strip where the crew of the space shuttle recognized a puff of smoke on the earth as Crankshaft lighting up his backyard barbecue.

I have loved Crankshaft for years. It is a humorous, yet accurate, depiction on families that include the "old folks" (of which I am now one). I hope it continues for many more years.

He represents what will happen to everyone. He reminds me of some of the things my Father used to do.

So applicable to the "middle life"- baby boomer generation.
